Field Trip was organized for the students of Pre-Primary and Primary on 1st September, 2017. An outing with a learning objective helps enhance cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development. It reinforces newly acquired skills and extends classroom learning, encourages children to use imagination and most importantly be creative. It fosters individual learning styles and nurtures a love for learning in all children.
The Primary students of Grade II visited "Handloom Park" at Pochampally. Everyone were curious to know what the place was all about and enjoyed exploring and learning things. The process of cloth preparation and machines used for weaving, the techniques etc., was observed by the students. On the other hand, our Grade I students visited "Zoo". This has helped our students to understand the importance of taking care of the environment as it has a significant impact on the lives and welfare of animals.
The Pre-Primary students (Nursery, PPI & PPII) visited "Shilparamam" – the arts, crafts and cultural village at Hyderabad. It is a place where the artisans from across India showcase their individual skills in a variety of arts, crafts and culture. The Little Uranians were all excited visiting the Village Museum, Sculpture Park, Rock Garden, Sandbeach park etc.
