Independence Day Celebrations

On 15th August, Independence Day was celebrated with much enthusiasm and Joy at the school campus. The event started with traditional guard of honour to welcome the Chief Guest. Mr. Appa Rao (Operations Head) was the Chief Guest for the day. As part of the Seeds Uranus - school tradition, the youngest student (Chetana Jalla) of Nursery class was invited to hoist the flag. The child was accompanied by her Parents.

Post the flag hoisting, there was a fancy dress competition for PP II students. The fancy dress was conducted based on the theme "National Leaders". Children participated with much zeal and were dressed portraying different characters related to the theme. Followed by Nursery students who greeted the audience with much Joy. The Grade II students of primary section performed a group dance which was much appreciated.

The primary students also received certificates from our Chief Guest and Center Head, for "Literary week" competitions, which was held in the month of July'17.

The event ended with a speech by our Center Head - Ms. Preethi Reddy who interacted with children and created awareness about the importance of this day.
